With a 29 cent price tag, this is the oldest Hostess Fruit Pie wrapper that I've acquired.

Fruit Pie The Magician was created in 1973. This has a UPC symbol on the back, which means it was from 1974 or later. So I'm going to guess this is from about 1976 or 1977.

I have another one that is dated 1983 and has a 45 cent price tag, so that's a good reference in helping to date these.
