Motorola Perth office has been in the process of packing up and shutting down for a few months now. Today was the last day for staff. Soon the south side of the building will be used by UWA. Technically the name of this building has always been Cooper Street Research and Development Building but due to Motorola placing a large blue "Motorola" sign out the front that is what the building has been known as. It will be interesting to see if the building is now referred to by its proper name. Knowing Uni its more likely to be referred to as "the building that used to be Motorola" lol
